DO YOU OFFER HAIR AND MAKEUP TRIALS?
We ask that you schedule an appointment in our Saugus, MA salon for your trial. Try to have some photos of hair and makeup ideas so we can come up with a plan for you. We will have the stylist that will be designing your hair in our salon also do your trial. That will provide a comfort level with the same stylist on your wedding day. We are open seven days a week so it’s easy to accommodate your busy schedule.
IS THERE A BOOKING FEE OR DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes, a $300 booking fee is required. The booking fee is the amount that you pay to secure your date. The booking fee is paid in advance to reserve the mobile Hair and Makeup Team for your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event, prior to the wedding day, the card on file will be charged and a 20% automatic gratuity will be added.
IF I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY EVENT DATE IS THE BOOKING FEE/DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Yes, if the cancellation is more than 90 days out from the event.
Within 90 days of the event, there will be no refunds. Please take into consideration that we cannot re-book that time without ample notification. Other brides and clients are searching for dates well in advance of 3 months and cancellations are very costly to our staff.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
Your booking fee includes up to 10 miles from our physical Saugus MA salon location. Destinations beyond this service radius will incur a travel fee. There may be parking + valet fees as well. The cost of the travel fee will be determined upon completion of our Price Quote booking form.
HOW MANY HAIR/MAKEUP STYLISTS DO YOU SEND FOR MY WEDDING?
Each wedding event is staffed based on the number of your party and services you will be requiring. We generally staff for between 2 and 4 guests per stylist. Many factors play into this and it will be discussed at the time of booking your wedding.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GUEST IS LATE OR CHANGES THEIR MIND AND DOESN'T USE YOUR SERVICES?
We will contact you 7 days prior to your date for a final head count and services requested. Since we book and staff based upon your party requirements you will be responsible for no shows or changes in services. Our policy is no different than wedding suppliers such as halls and caterers that ask for a head count. No shows or guests who opt-out of services the day of will still be charged for services. Guests more than 30 minutes late will be considered no-shows and may not get the services reserved.
