Questions

BEFORE WE ARRIVE:

​

No sinks are needed.  We just need a chair, clean surface and an outlet nearby to set up our products and tools.

 

HAIR: For a blowout, make sure you have damp hair (we recommend washing the hair the night before or morning of the appointment).

​

MAKEUP: We recommend washing and moisturizing your face before your appointment. Please have a place to sit (preferably near a window) with some room for your artist to lay out their professional makeup kit.
 

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT:

We provide a code for the booking page on our website.  An account needs to be created between Homeblown and your office/residence/hotel.  Please call or email our team directly 24/7 with any questions. We can provide a customized package to fit your needs.

HOW ARE YOU PROTECTING CLIENTS & BEAUTY PROFESSIONALS?

​

To keep everyone healthy and safe we are equipped with Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): Both clients and beauty professionals are required to wear a protective face covering during the service. Beauty pros will arrive with their own PPE, including a mask or face covering and multiple pairs of gloves. If the client does not have a mask, we will provide one. All products and tools will be wiped down and sanitized on the spot before use on a client using proper sanitation techniques.

 

WHAT ABOUT TIPPING OR CANCELLATIONS:


Payment happens before the appointment through our booking software.  

​

If your plans change, you can cancel or modify your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time and client no-shows will be charged the full list price for the services.

​

COVID CANCELLATION: if you have to cancel your appointment due to a covid exposure, please notify us as soon as possible.  We will issue you a credit toward a future appointment.  Credits are valid and must be used within 60 days from date of cancellation.  No refunds will be given for cancellations due to Covid.

 

Tipping is greatly appreciated!  Cash would be the best method to reward your beauty professional.
